ELF

If you have been in the social networking world of Twitter, Facebook, or blogging in the past few weeks you have surely heard about the Mom from Kansas that has went from 300 to over 1000 followers for her "Elf on the Shelf" blog ( reference; http://peopleiwanttopunchinthethroat.blogspot.com/2011/12/over-achieving-elf-on-shelf-mommies.html).  

After reading (and laughing all the way) I was a little hesitant to even write this post...dare I be guilty of being one of the mom's she wants to punch in the face.  But after thinking about it..I'm going through with it..shoot! I'll risk it!  After all,  I worked too hard with that little elf fella not to! So here's what our "elf on the shelf" was up to at our home.  Enjoy!

We never knew if the check marks meant we were  "nice " marks or "naughty" marks.

Oofey loves us!  He left us so many kisses! (This was Rhett's favorite...he looked for kisses every morning after this!)

The weather is getting a little more like December...Time for a  campfire!

Oofey left us some very important reminders!  and some cool window markers to play with!

The boys were not happy that Oofey followed them to KK's!  

I guess KK's snowmen didn't like him either!

Reminding the boys of the true meaning of Christmas!  Thanks Oofey...we forget all too often.
